With nearly three decades of experience across Fortune 500 companies, Greg has held senior HR and DEI leadership roles in the United States, Europe, and Asia. His career journey has spanned industries and continents, giving him a unique perspective on the universal need for belonging and the practical steps leaders can take to achieve it.
Greg began his career at GE before moving into leadership roles at Hasbro, The Walt Disney Company, and LVMH/Moët Hennessy. He played an instrumental role in advancing global Human Resources and inclusion and culture strategies, talent development, and leadership coaching. His innovative work has been instrumental in organizations aligning business goals with people-centric cultures, ensuring that both performance and inclusivity thrive.

As an advocate for social progress, Greg also contributed to bringing the Gay Games to Hong Kong in 2024, the first time the international event was hosted in Asia.
